Franco-American Tom Sochas is a pianist whose work SJS has followed for some time. Although for the last 13 years based in London, he was born and raised in Paris and Nairobi. Sochas’ music seems to reflect a variety of styles such as post bop, melodicism and classical music, creating a highly engaging and distinctive sound. At this gig he’ll be joined by bass player Theo Malka-wishart and Filippo Galli on drums.
