“Five of Scotland’s brightest, most creative jazz talents. Formed in 2018 by drummer Stephen Henderson, a former Jazzwise Magazine ‘One to Watch’. The group features three Scottish Jazz Award winners – saxophonist Konrad Wiszniewski, guitarist Graeme Stephen, pianist Fergus McCreadie, and bassist David Bowden. As with his Scandinavian jazz cousins, Henderson’s compositions feature music with a strong emphasis on melody with the added grooves, urgency and colours of the American jazz tradition.”
