This is a concept album about living in lockdown over the course of a day, written by Gordon during the 2020 lockdown. Made possible by the Creative Scotland Open Fund, it was recorded (whilst all involved were socially-distanced!) at Edinburgh’s Chamber Studio in November/ December 2020.

Lots of familiar faces in this 20-strong band, which draws from a slew of established Scottish bands such as Blue Rose Code, The Cuban Brothers, Horse, The Bevvy Sisters, James Brown Is Annie and the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra. Produced by Hamish Stuart (Average White Band, Paul McCartney Band, Chaka Khan) this is a evolved, danceable funk and soul at its best.
