← The fantastic Stewart Forbes Five will be at Edinburgh’s Jazz Bar this Thursday 18th November at 9.15pm. ? “An exciting evening of explosive hard bop and straight-ahead groove tunes. Stewart Forbes has enjoyed a highly successful career as one of Scotland’s top multi-instrumentalist jazz improvisers, working as lead alto with the likes of Carla Bley, Tim Hagens, Don Weller and Macio Parker”. Line-up: Stewart Forbes (alto sax), Colin Steele (trumpet), Brian Kellock (piano), Ed Kelly (bass) and Dave Swanson (drums). Further details and The Jazz Bar’s other November listings below.
